CUSTOMER REVIEWS

I had a rush order and needed practical help. Steph and the team offered excellent modifications to make the sign work better than I'd designed. The response time from them was always swift and the communication from them at every step of the way excellent. Real people doing a fab job! Thank you all so much.

SO happy with my custom neon sign! Amazing customer service, Steph and Dan have made the whole process super easy and you can tell they really care if you're happy with your order. Looks amazing, well packaged, quick delivery and to top it all off they're a small business!! Happy to support and will definitely be back for more:)

We needed a neon sign for a holiday cottage kitchen. We already had one, but it was poorly built and proved to be dangerous. they were brilliant. Loads of information, great communication and generally an excellent customer experience. They gave us advice about the best options given that it was to hang on a wall. Everything has turned out better than expected. Judge for yourselves. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I'll definitely be back soon & would highly recommend to any cautious 1st time buyers.

I had an amazing experience working with Steph to create a custom sign for my Mom's 50's diner. She was prompt with responding and very knowledgeable on the best way to design what we were looking for. She even offered to help us find the best way to install the piece. Great customer service and well priced. If you're looking for a company with a personal touch this is the place for you!

We received a really high quality sign in quick time - the photos don't quite do it justice how good it looks! The team were so friendly and helpful throughout - from our initial enquiry, through help with the design, to delivery - great customer service and all in all a great experience.
