What types of signage do you make?

We specialise in illuminated signage and produce a wide range of bespoke signs, including LED neon, channel letters, halo and backlit letters, lightboxes, projecting signs, hanging signs and illuminated logos. All of our signs are made to order and can be tailored to your required size, colours, materials, finishes and illumination style.

Can you work from my existing logo or design?

Absolutely. Send us your logo, artwork, sketch, or design concept, and we can work from it. If you don't have artwork ready, we can also help establish the production specifications.

How much does an illuminated sign cost?

Pricing depends on the size, materials, illumination, finish and complexity of the sign. We provide bespoke quotes for each project and aim to offer competitive pricing without compromising on quality.

How long does my sign take to make?

Our standard production time is about 14 working days from purchase, though this can vary depending on the sign's type and complexity. We'll confirm the expected production timeline when you place your order.

Do you offer installation?

Installation isn't included with our signage. However, we work with a network of trusted local contractors and can advise on suitable installation options for your project. We can also provide the relevant fixing and installation information to help ensure your sign is installed correctly.

Do you ship outside the UK?

We ship worldwide and can arrange delivery for both UK and international projects. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on the destination and sign size.

Are your signs suitable for outdoor use?

Yes, we can make signs suitable for outdoor use. Outdoor signage needs to be appropriately weatherproofed, with the materials, finishes and electrical components selected to withstand the conditions they’ll be exposed to. If you’re planning to use your sign outdoors, just let us know when you enquire, and we can advise on the most suitable specification and weatherproofing for your project.

What power supply do illuminated signs require?

Most of our illuminated signs run on a standard electrical supply, with exact requirements depending on the sign. Where required, we supply the appropriate power supply/transformer with the sign and provide connection information.

How are illuminated signs fixed?

Fixing methods vary depending on the type, size and installation surface. We can supply signs with stud fixings, brackets, spacers, cables, or other suitable mounting systems. We'll specify the appropriate fixing method for your project.

Do you offer different colours and finishes?

We offer a wide range of colours, materials and finishes, including painted finishes, stainless steel, acrylic and various LED illumination colours. We can work from brand guidelines or colour references, as needed.

Can I see a proof before production?

We'll always provide a visual proof for approval before production so you can confirm the design, dimensions and finish before we proceed.

Do you offer a warranty?

Our illuminated signage comes with a 12-month indoor warranty from the date of purchase. Warranty coverage may vary depending on the sign type and intended environment.
