Worldwide shipping

Forma Signs ships signage products worldwide.

Shipping costs, methods, and lead times are confirmed as part of the order process and outlined in your approved documentation. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, shipping is arranged using reliable international carriers selected based on destination, size, and handling requirements.


Production & dispatch timelines

All Forma Signs products are made to order and manufactured to the specifications agreed during the enquiry and approval process.

Typical production and delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Standard orders: approximately 3–4 weeks, inclusive of production and shipping

  • Timelines may vary depending on:

    • Product type

    • Size and complexity

    • Finishes and materials

    • Destination country

These timeframes are estimates and are confirmed on a per-project basis before manufacture begins.

Forma Signs does not ship on weekends or UK bank holidays.


Why production takes time

Our signage is manufactured to order and often involves bespoke fabrication, finishing, and electrical components. Production time ensures quality, accuracy, and durability. While four weeks represents the maximum typical turnaround for standard projects, many orders are completed sooner.


Expedited production

Where required, expedited production may be available for an additional fee, subject to capacity and project complexity.

Availability and timelines must be discussed prior to order confirmation. Expedited production cannot be guaranteed for all products or specifications.

Please note: expedited production relates to manufacturing time only. Delivery speed depends on carrier service and destination.


Order confirmation & shipping details

Orders will only be shipped to the delivery address confirmed during the approval process. Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery details are accurate before production begins.

Once dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available, and delivery arrangements can be managed directly with the carrier.

Forma Signs is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to carrier disruption, customs processing, weather events, or force majeure.


Delivery dates

If your project requires delivery by a specific date, this must be communicated before manufacture begins.

While we make every reasonable effort to meet agreed timelines, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed once goods are in transit. Shipping times are estimates only.


Import duties, taxes & customs charges

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees, depending on the destination country and shipment value.

These charges:

  • Are determined by local authorities

  • Are not included unless explicitly stated

  • Are the responsibility of the customer

Forma Signs has no control over these fees and cannot predict or influence local customs decisions.


Failed delivery, refusal & returns

Once an order has been dispatched, the customer assumes responsibility for any additional costs incurred due to:

  1. Refusal to accept delivery due to import duties or taxes

  2. Failed delivery attempts resulting in return to sender

  3. Requests for re-delivery or redirection after dispatch

Any associated return, re-shipment, or storage costs will be chargeable.
