How channel letters are fabricated and illuminated

Channel letters are produced as built-up three-dimensional forms, with LEDs housed inside the letter structure. The illuminated face is typically acrylic, while the returns and backs are formed from metal or composite materials depending on the project specification.

Each project is produced to specification, taking into account scale, font choice, finish, and intended viewing distance.

Mounting and installation considerations

Installation services are not provided. However, we offer technical guidance on mounting, fixing, and electrical requirements, and regularly work with client-appointed installers to support correct implementation.
